A highly motivated and hardworking individual, looking to progress from my current role of IT Engineer. I am passionate about IT and I am keen for my career to progress further. I enjoy working as part of a team and find my position very rewarding. In my current role, I have consistently demonstrated a desire to learn and develop my own knowledge to benefit the company and colleagues I support. I have a keen interest in Automation and Cloud engineering and have built up a substantial foundation of knowledge within my current role and my studies. Azure Active Directory - (Azure AD connect setup/troubleshooting, management of users/groups in Azure active directory and on-premises AD, dynamic group rule creation, SSPR setup, MFA setup/troubleshooting).

Azure Conditional Access - (Rule creation/troubleshooting and logging).

Storage accounts - (PowerShell scripts sent to end-user devices that exports data back to storage accounts).

Intermediate level PowerShell knowledge - Automations team web hooks to alert network connectivity issues over an Azure VPN, RDS pool switcher for helpdesk staff, various automated Intune application deployments using the PowerShell app deployment toolkit.

Setup, configuration and documentation of Microsoft Intune across the Windows, Android, IOS and macOS devices within Utilita for circa 2500 devices, including but not limited to application management, Autopilot setup and management as well as creation of configuration profiles/endpoint security profiles.
